Kevin McMenimen is an educator and learning architect with more than three decades of experience helping organizations strengthen workforce awareness, decision-making, and readiness. His expertise spans training design, digital communication, and the development of systems and applications used across retail, financial, and human resource environments.

As President of Learn it Media, Kevin leads the creation of digital learning programs, internal communication platforms, and behavioral awareness initiatives designed for distributed and frontline teams. Having authored more than 150 education courses and certifications, his work combines instructional design with analytics, mobile engagement, gamification, and real-world scenario development to improve how individuals absorb information and apply it under pressure.

Kevin has been a driving force in modernizing loss prevention and safety education. He co-founded the Loss Prevention Foundation (LPF) and led the design of its LPQ and LPC certifications—internationally recognized standards for professional development. He also founded the LP Hall Awards, honoring achievement and excellence in retail loss prevention, safety, investigations, leadership, law enforcement and industry collaboration.

In addition to his educational work, Kevin has extensive experience designing enterprise systems that support investigations, incident management, HR compliance, financial crime intelligence, and identity verification. His contributions include the development of the American Bankers Association’s national information-sharing platform for bank crime, engaging partnership and cooperation across financial services and law enforcement.
