As a co-founder at Velaspan, he has worked across healthcare, education, enterprise, and government sectors, helping organizations mature their security operations and align with regulatory frameworks including PCI, HIPAA, SOX, and GLBA.

Kerry’s areas of expertise include Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), cybersecurity architecture, AI governance, and responsible AI strategy. He has led both internal and customer-facing programs focused on proactive threat detection, cyber deception, and operational resilience. Kerry is also deeply involved in helping organizations develop and implement AI safety, security, and compliance practices, ensuring innovation doesn’t come at the cost of trust.
