Ashley is a Threat Management Consultant at Lincoln Financial, where she leads behavioral threat assessment, risk intelligence, and protective operations strategies. She is also an adjunct instructor with Pherson, supporting the DHS Intelligence Training Academy and providing curriculum and mentorship in analytic tradecraft.

With nearly 20 years of experience in national security and threat prevention, Ashley has held senior roles at DHS and the Intelligence Community. She produced strategic intelligence analysis for the President’s Daily Brief, led targeted violence prevention programs as a DHS Regional Prevention Coordinator, and served as Executive Director of the Joint Regional Intelligence Center in Los Angeles, the nation’s largest urban-area fusion center supporting counterterrorism, public safety, and crisis response. She also advises the Delaware School Safety Center on statewide threat management protocols and training.

Ashley holds a master’s degree in International Security Studies from the University of St. Andrews and a bachelor’s in Political Science and Sociology from Washington and Lee University. She is a certified Master Trainer in Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management through the DHS National Threat Evaluation and Reporting (NTER) Program Office.
